But when I’m not out filming, or obsessing in the edit suite, I love to cook.
I’ve been a vegetarian/border-line vegan for almost 20 years, and after reading hundreds if not thousands of recipes, I’ve started concocting my own.
It seemed it was time to share.
A note of warning: If you decide to try any of the recipes, please know that I’m not always the most precise person when it comes to measurements.
(I’m also a type 1 diabetic, so my recipes tend to be low carb, and happily healthy.)
